You can now manage and reset your own passwords via the Microsoft 365 portal. To request a password reset:

1. Open an internet browser
2. Go to https://www.office.com
3. Click Sign In
4. On the login page, click the link to Forgot My Password
5. Follow the prompts to reset you password. You may be asked to answer security questions or recieve a code on your phone.

If you have trouble resetting your password, please send an email to support@rogosource.com to request that an administrator reset your password for you.

Personal Files

Please store your personal files in OneDrive. There are two ways to find your OneDrive.

1. Click the link in the header of this page to access OneDrive
2. If prompted, enter your email and password to login

2. If prompted, enter your email and password to login
3. Click the OneCloud icon (cloud) in the left menu

Company Files

Company files are stored and managed using Microsoft Teams.

1. Click the link in the header of this page to access Teams
2. Click the Rescue Fire Company team
3. Click the Files tab

You can manage your Microsoft 365 profile online.

1. Open an internet browser
2. Go to https://www.office.com
3. Click Sign In
4. If prompted, enter your email and password
5. On the Office.com home page, click on your name in the upper right corner
6. Click the My Account link

On this page, you can change your password, update your security settings, and change preferences. Some settings, such as your name and company email addres are managed by your IT administrator. Contact support@rogosource.com to request changes to these settings.

Yes! Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based solution. All email, files, and productivity tools can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection. You do not have to use a company PC to access Microsoft 365. Simply login at https://www.office.com and you will access the full suite of Microsoft 365 tools.

You can download the Microsoft Outlook app and access your company email on Apple or Android devices. You can follow this guide online to download and configure your email account.
